Made-to-Order Items (No Refunds)
All items are custom made to order, therefore:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind
- Please ensure all order details (size, colour, personalisation, etc.) are correct before purchasing

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, you are entitled to:
- A full refund OR
- A replacement item
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of the issue (e.g., photos) must be provided
Returns for Faulty Items
If your return is approved:
- The item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued
- We will provide instructions for returning the item
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is confirmed faulty
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
