Made-to-Order Items (No Refunds)

All items are custom made to order, therefore:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind
  • Please ensure all order details (size, colour, personalisation, etc.) are correct before purchasing


 

  • Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, you are entitled to:

    • A full refund OR
    • A replacement item

    To be eligible:

    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition
    • Proof of the issue (e.g., photos) must be provided

Returns for Faulty Items

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is confirmed faulty

    Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
